More Anti-Bloat Jumpstart Menues
Breakfast
- 1 cup Rice Krispies with 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 oz. pineapple tidbits in juice
- 1 glass of "Sassy" water
Lunch
- 3 oz. chunk light tuna in water
- 1 cup steamed baby carrots
- 1 piece of light string cheese
- 1 glass of "Sassy" water
Snack
Blueberry Smoothie RecipeCombine the following in a blender:
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
Then stir in 1 tbsp cold-pressed flax oil
Dinner
- 4 oz. grilled tilapia
- 1 cup steamed green beans
- 1/2 cup roasted red potatoes drizzled with olive oil
- 1 glass of "Sassy" water
